Deepshadesofblue is slowly becoming your one stop shop for everything BYU sports. Joining our team this week will be the former 3 point bomber Mike Rose. He has been following the teams success and is eager to get his opinions out to all the Cougar B-ballers.
Still to come:
More on the football coaching staff.
Off-season stuff.
Looking at position groups and how they did this season.
Super Games, what are they and how do they help?
etc…. Plus basketball coverage from Mike Rose.
Is there anything better than Deepshadesofblue.com?

Anything better? Not at all. I check this site every day in hopes of a new posting. I love it!!
This is an awesome site, adding cougar basketball news is great. Thank you for all of the great information that you provide.
AWESOME! I love the bball addition.
Mike is a great choice as he cna help us learn more about Uncle Dave
Thank you for adding basketball news to an already wonderful site.
That’s great, I was actually just thinking how great it would be if you could recruit some athletes form other sports to post on here.
That’s awesome! The site just keeps getting better and better! Go Cougs!
And for those grammar/spelling Nazis out there I am hoping to add a full time editor at some point -I just want it to be the right time and person. Until then you’ll just have to deal with my “horrible” grammar and yes I did graduate.
I know some folks think I don’t have a plan, but I do and it’s progressing very quickly. Enjoy!
Love the website!
Living in AZ, I don’t get to go to many games anymore. But, I was at the game where Mike Rose hit nine 3 pointers and set a freshman MW record for 3’s in a game! Keep up the good work Quinn.
Go Mighty Cougars!
The answer is no. Nothing is better than deepshadesofblue.com
The more basketball the better. BYU basketball is the most underrated thing in Utah.
Nope. Nothing is better than this blog.
Quinn,
I wondered what you were going to do in the football offseason, but I think you this is really a pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work
I wonder why BYU can’t shoot free throws? Under Roger Reid, they were always around the 80 % level. Now they’re lucky to shoot 67%. This should be the easiest part of their game to improve. Tired of all the free throws going “CLUNK” off the rim.
Another first round exit if they don’t learn to shoot the easiest shot in the game.
Hey Quinn,
Are you still looking for someone to fill in as editor? My wife is looking for editing jobs. If you’re interested you can email me at emersonfry@gmail.com
Yeh, Wel’cm board Mike!
